It is very common for customers to not know the exact time and date the surveyor can attend for example if you are buying a property, You have tenants in the property, ect... For most non-rural locations we can schedule a surveyor to attend within 24 hours and for the most rural locations we can usually have a surveyor attend within 48 hours if necessary. When the survey has complete the survey they will then begin to write up your report which usually happens on the day the survey is completed or within 24 hours or the survey being completed. On average most clients receive their survey reports within 1-3 days of the survey being completed (3 days is usually the maximum amount of time).
