Customer Reviews
All customer reviews will be processed by our team and listed accordingly on our review page, mylocalsurveyor does not agree, include, provide or make use of any external or otherwise known as a 3rd party review platform, We can not provide or allow reviews on any 3rd party website or platform due to the way mylocalsurveyor works with our surveyors.
All reviews submitted to mylocalsurveyor will be taken into consideration and will be made public through our own platform, When you review your service you are reviewing the service received from a surveyor that has no direct employment or contract with mylocalsurveyor and for that reason we are unable to work with external review platforms.
Fake reviews will remain in your account being terminated and you being banned from the mylocalsurveyor platform, Anyone found to be in breach of our terms and conditions relating to our review agreement will breach the right for any refund they otherwise would be eligible for.
All complaints, refunds and reviews are dealt with internally by our surveyor investigation team, We do not consent, agree or provide use of our complaints, review or refund process with any other 3rd party or external providing service.
Linking to our site
You will not link to our website in anyway and will not damage our reputation or take advantage of it or in anyway and you will not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
Third party links and resources to our site are provided by Google and bing, Any other 3rd party links should be removed and is in breach of our terms and conditions.
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only.
We have full control over the contents and resources displayed on our site, At no stage will you share, link or distribute our content under any circumstances.
Applicable law
These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if the following has not been carried out:
- You're surveyor has not attended your appointment on 2 consecutive occasions.
- You wish to cancel your survey and appointment with at least (48 Hours notice).
- You have not breached any of the terms and conditions outlined in our terms policy.
- You have not already received your survey report by any means (Email, Postal or Verbally)
- You have not already spoken with the surveyor by any means (Email, Postal or Verbally)
- Your survey has not already been completed.
- The surveyor has not already attended the property.
We will issue a full refund if the above terms have not applied to you, Full refunds take on average 7 working days to reach your account and will leave our account on immediate refund process.
We reserve the right to charge, hold or otherwise deduct a £50 refund fee to cover the admin and refund expenses we encounter.
