We only decided to Choose mylocalsurveyor because of reading these reviews and the difference in cost was much lower than any other price quoted Online, so we decided to take a risk of trying a company we have never used before. In terms of the survey report the only way we can describe the outcome is excellent, it just goes to show the paying more money is not all ways better service. We have had 3 surveys in the past and mylocalsurveyor beats all the surveys we have ever had before and we Will definitely use them again if we ever decide to sell or buy any other property and can't recommend them highly enough.
