Homebuyers beware!

• The surveyor assigned is always "Ben Taylor" based on numerous Facebook testimonials
• Ben Taylor does not exist on the RICS member database, so is likely a false name:

  All surveyors must be RICS approved and we manually verify all surveyors before we activate their MyLocalSurveyor account — MyLocalSurveyor

• Company 'founder' Chris Atkinson is also supposedly a chartered surveyor. He is not.
• MyLocalSurveyor claim to have provided thousands of surveys since 2015, yet only have a few Trustpilot reviews, all with abysmal ratings and written within the past month
• Since MyLocalSurveyor are not a legitimate business, the domain registrant's (the person responsible for registering a web address) name and address can, and have been withheld:

  Only domain name holders who are "non-trading individuals" can opt out of having their address details published — Nominet

• MyLocalSurveyor are not registered at Companies House, unsurprisingly
